Compliance Vendor List

Phase 3 Compliance means that the In-Person Visit has been completed and your review shows that your agency is showing compliance with ALL the Federal Regulations. 

The vendor list below will show the following:

• Showing Compliance in all Areas! Congratulations - Keep up the great work with your program! 

• Necessary Action Requested (NAR) - with what Federal Regulations # that needs to be addressed. 

• In-Person Visit Not completed as of yet! This means that we have not completed the In-Person Visit, this means that you have time to work on address all the Federal Regulations that are to be address by HCBS-Final Rule. When you hear from one of the Service Coordinators, HCBS Specialist or one of the Consultants, be ready to make an appointment and keep that appointment.
